Submit Information

You can add or change your information in database in five cases:

  1. Add Person:
  2. Whose record can you add - The person whose record is added should have been using Kenkre (or Kekre or related 14 surnames) always or before marrige or after marrige. This means any male born in Kenkre family will get added to the database, any female also will be. Similarly any daughter-in-law will get added too. However son-in-law will NOT get added to the database.

    How to add a record - Please use Add Person form to request to add a record to the database.

  3. Modify Person:
  4. Whose record can you modify - If your or relative's data already exists in the database, you can request for modifications.

    What kind of modifications can you request - Change of address, add interests, add blood group

    How to modify a record - Please use Modify Person form to request to change the record in the database.

  5. Report Marrige:
  6. First, your record should exist in the database. If it does not, you will have to request to add your record using Add Person form.

    Now since your record exists in the database, if you are a Kenkre female, you can use Modify Person form and update your current surname to your surname after marrige while keeping Surname at Birth field to Kenkre (or related surnames).

    If you are a Kenkre male, you have to do 2 things:
    1) Use Add Person form and add you wife in the database
    2) Use Modify Person form and modify your own record (by adding Spouce's First Name, Spouce's Surname at Birth and Date of Wedding) to add your marrige

  7. Report Birth:
  8. Whose record can you add - You can add any child who is born Kenkre (or 14 related surnames).

    How to report - Please use the Report Birth form to make an entry. Please ensure that you have new born's father's and mother's information already entered in the database.

  9. Report Death:
  10. Whose Death can you report - You can report death for any person who exists in the database.

    How to report - Please use Report Death form.

What happens when you submit information
  1. Our team checks the records you have submitted. It ensures that the records are not fake or junk. This is done to ensure that the database remains clean.

  2. Once we find records to be appropriate, our team makes changes to the database.

  3. Just in case if we have any questions or clarifications with respect to the record you have requested to add, our team will get in touch with the submitter of the record.

  4. As of now we do not inform you that changes are made. We plan to make incorporate the changes in about 2 weeks to the database. You can check back after 2 weeks or please feel free to contact our team.
